The Matjhabeng Industrial Park, once a thriving economic hub in the Free State, had fallen into disrepair through vandalism and neglect. Ntiyiso Consulting Group was engaged by the Lejweleputswa Development Agency to develop a turnaround strategy that would restore the park's functionality and position it as a key driver of local economic growth, integrating SMME incubation, ICT services, and a sustainable facilities management model into a comprehensive refurbishment plan.

Following the success of the Limpopo Sisal project, Ntiyiso Consulting was approached by the North West Provincial Government's Department of Economic Affairs to take over and turn around a failing sisal project at Madikwe. The provincial department had already invested R6 million into a community cooperative attempting to reestablish operations at an old Bantustan-era sisal plantation, but the setup was incorrect, the infrastructure was inoperable, and the cooperative lacked the skills to manage or produce meaningfully.

Few engagements in Ntiyiso's history better illustrate the full scope of the firm's capabilities than the Limpopo Sisal Industrialisation Project. Ntiyiso Consulting conceptualised, initiated, fundraised for, and implemented an end-to-end industrial project that resuscitated abandoned sisal plantations, established a beneficiation facility and spinning plant, created a functioning cooperative of over 100 community members, and handed a living, operating business over to the IDC for further scale investment. A total of R25 million was disbursed through Ntiyiso in the course of implementation, under an SLA with SEDA appointed by the DTI.

When the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport needed to create a single point of contact for the public on all transport matters, from accident reporting to approvals for building plans affecting roads, Ntiyiso Management Consulting was brought in to conceptualise, design, and oversee the implementation of a consolidated call centre that could replace multiple fragmented, incompatible systems.

When a municipality must decide how to deliver water and sanitation services, internally, through a public partnership, or via the private sector, it requires rigorous, evidence-based analysis. Ntiyiso Industrialisation Consulting conducted a Section 78 Assessment for Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality, evaluating the most feasible service delivery mechanism against a backdrop of groundwater scarcity, aging infrastructure, and constrained municipal finances.

Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality entered the post-COVID era with compounding socio-economic challenges: high unemployment, entrenched poverty, and an economy struggling to diversify beyond mining. Ntiyiso Industrialisation Consulting was commissioned to develop a comprehensive, implementable Local Economic Development Strategy, aligned with national, provincial, and district development frameworks, that could drive real recovery.
